Please read them carefully to understand our mutual rights and responsibilities.

1. Definitions

  • “Services” refer to call answering, dispatching, and administrative support provided by Dispatching Answering Service.
  • “Client” refers to the individual or business subscribing to or using our services.
  • “Agreement” refers to these Terms of Service together with any service plan, quote, or written agreement between the parties.
  • “Industries Served” refers to the range of business sectors that utilize our call answering and dispatch services, including transportation, home services, and professional firms.

2. Service Scope

Dispatching Answering Services provides professional call answering, dispatch, and virtual receptionist support for businesses in various industries – including transportation (taxi, limo, towing, trucking, NEMT, car hauling) as well as home service and professional businesses such as HVAC companies, contractors, electricians, plumbers, and attorneys.


Service scope depends on the plan selected by the client and may include dispatch management, call handling, scheduling, and communication support.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, updated information (service area, fleet details, pricing, driver availability, and escalation procedures).
  • Maintain reliable communication channels (phone, email, or chat).
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local and federal transportation laws and regulations.

We rely on accurate client data to provide correct and timely dispatching support.

4. Service Availability

We strive to provide 24/7 dispatch coverage, except during scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical interruptions.
In the event of downtime, we will work promptly to restore service.

5. Payments and Billing

  • Clients must pay all fees as per the agreed billing cycle (monthly, weekly, or custom).
  • Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated in the service plan.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension until the account is brought current.
  • All rates are subject to change with prior written notice.

6. Confidentiality

We respect and protect the privacy of your business and customer information.
All shared data is treated as confidential and is used only to deliver agreed services.
Both parties agree not to disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

7. Data Protection

We follow strict security protocols to protect data transmitted and stored during our operations.
Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, procedures, training materials, and systems used by Dispatching Answering Service remain our exclusive property.
Clients may not copy, modify, or redistribute any materials without prior written consent.
Client data and communications remain the property of the client.

9. Service Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice according to the terms in the service plan.
All outstanding balances must be cleared before termination is finalized.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of our systems.

10. Refund and Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must provide written notice to cancel or pause services.
  • All completed work, dispatch hours, and call usage up to the termination date must be paid in full.
  • Fees already billed or charged in advance are non-refundable, except in cases of verified billing errors.
  • Billing disputes must be reported within 7 business days of receiving the invoice for timely resolution.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dispatching Answering Service is not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (such as lost revenue or missed opportunities).
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party systems, power failures, or other events beyond our control.

Our total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the client in the preceding 30 days for the affected service.

12. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dispatching Answering Service, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the client’s use of the service, violation of laws, or breach of this Agreement.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, power outages, internet disruptions, or governmental actions.


14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of  Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Lahore, Punjab].

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any signed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dispatching Answering Service.
If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall remain in effect.

16. Modifications

We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
